Constructive Correspondence
I really like how easy it is to upload and convert files, and how quickly they convert. Now my card was declined initially due to a problem at the bank's end, but the correspondence by email with a staff member has been very constructive. And I hope that they have received the payment now.

Free trial cancellation issue
Had a problem with cancelling my free trial so I emailed the support team. To my surprise I was helped by wonderful Shannen within minutes of sending my email.
