Support Team was Amazing!
I had some issues with canceling my subscription (only needed the program for a one time thing and it worked great) and ended up being charged for a yearly subscription. The support team was very helpful and was able to issue me a refund in the same day.

I really like SmallPDF
I have a Pro account and I have to say that everything is amazing. One thing that (from my honest opinion) deserves a round of applause is the UI/UX of the platform. It's veeery easy to understand and manage all the requires you need to manage your PDFs. Customer support is quick and kind. They solved my doubts at no time, no matter the day 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
