I love Smallpdf
I love Smallpdf. It is a very useful and friendly application. Furthermore customer service is excellent. I had mistakenly subscribed twice with two different accounts. I could have unsubscribed personally but I was in a hurry so I just emailed them asking to cancel one of the two accounts and they did it very quickly. Thanks!

My recent experience was great! Michelle ensured the process was seamless. There was a question about my monthly subscription payment not being paid and all she requested of me was that I provided a screenshot of the transaction and what day it was withdrew from my account. Seamless and professional.

My experience was great because I had two small, PDF accounts, and I forgot about them like we always do. So I was charged monthly fees. I contacted customer service and they deactivated my account and stopped all billing. See this is why I LOVE SmallPdf I can still start another project and when I need full service reactivate .♥️
