Small PDF is excellent
I have appreciated small pdf the last few years in many capacities. I initially used for pdf to word conversion but ended up using much more. As well, the customer service team is extremely helpful and very quick email responses which is so nice these days!

"Fantastic tool for managing PDF files"
What do you like best about Smallpdf? We use SmallPDF to compress PDF files, but it has also been helpful with several other task (merging files, reading files, etc.) What do you dislike about Smallpdf? I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it, yet. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? Users are storing huge PDF files, so compressing them saves us gigabytes of space.

Customer Service Is Key
We all know how amazing Smallpdf is and how it has saved the day on more than one occasion so I would like to address the customer service provided by Smallpdf. I literally cannot say enough about Cha in customer support. Most of the time in the current state of affairs, getting actual assistance is quite the rarity. Awesome customer support.
