I used the free trial and then cancelled. But for some reason the cancellation did not appear and they charged me. However Michelle from the support team was really quick and effective. She replied to my request in less than 30 min and refunded me the amount.

Great Product, Amazing Customer Service

I came across Smallpdf when I was looking for a solution to merge and compress multiple pdf files for me. I managed to not only achieve what I wanted using Smallpdf but was also impressed by the clean and easy to use interface. The cherry on top was support provided by Shannen at Smallpdf when I needed it.

I had difficulty cancelling my trial subscription for weeks, I don't know why i couldn't do it from my account page, the button simply disappeared.
