"My honest review for smallpdf"

What do you like best about Smallpdf? I like that it is accessible by anyone. It made my projects easy by converting it to pdf. I also commend smallpdf for having such a good website or page. I use this almost everytime with my projects. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? What I dislike about this is that it is not that good quality pdf since Im just on free usage. I also dont know how to reach their customer support which I want if i have a complain for what. What problems is Smallpdf ...

I used the free version and forgot to cancel.

I used the free version, but forget to cancel the paid version. They charged me €90, but I cannot afford this because of my financial status. Michell was very quick to help me. Michell understood my situation and made sure I got the payment back on my bank account. Thank you Michell!

I got a quick response and a refund request out in for me.

I used the pro version for 1 week, got charged but Michelle put in a refund request for me in next to no time. It’s so glad to see company that cares about its customers and this is why i’ll always be happy to be a constant user.

Subscription issue
