My daughter has forgotten to cancel the trail perioid. As soon I realised a pay transaction on my card, I have sent an email to SmallPdf. With in few minutes I received a mail from Michelle. The organisation kindly understood the issue and received a mail from Michelle has raised refund instruction and money will be refunded in 2 days. Thanks Michelle your support

What do you like best about Smallpdf? I use this for cutting off the PDF pages in a long file, i would really appreciate that how easy it is to use it. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? There is nothing to dislike, it full fills the purpose. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? To cut off the long PDF pages.

Cancellation of membership
Since I did not cancel my membership on time, money was withdrawn from my account and I only had to write an e-mail for cancellation. Someone named Cha from the team immediately cancelled my membership and payment and made me very happy. I highly recommend it to those who are considering using it and hesitating about unsubscribing.
