Outstanding Customer Service!!!!

I had purchased an account with small PDF under an email that I don’t frequently use. This created confusion when the corporate billing came in. I reached out to customer service and Venus was able to resolve my issue within 24 hours. They did a phenomenal job of communicating and assisting with a favorable outcome. Kudos to the customer service team, especially Venus. Well done.
