The support team is super fast!
I had difficulty cancelling my trial subscription for weeks, I don't know why i couldn't do it from my account page, the button simply disappeared. I kept receiving attempts to charge me at the debit card where thankfully had no balance because I'm from a country where u$ amounts are very expensive. I had some issues with canceling my subscription (only needed the program for a one time thing and it worked great) and ended up being charged for a yearly subscription. The support team was very helpful and was able to issue me a refund in the same day.
