Great Product, Amazing Customer Service
I came across Smallpdf when I was looking for a solution to merge and compress multiple pdf files for me. I managed to not only achieve what I wanted using Smallpdf but was also impressed by the clean and easy to use interface. The cherry on top was support provided by Shannen at Smallpdf when I needed it.

I used the free trial and then…
I used the free trial and then cancelled. But for some reason the cancellation did not appear and they charged me. However Michelle from the support team was really quick and effective. She replied to my request in less than 30 min and refunded me the amount.

Accidental Smallpdf Pro Year Subscription
I’d signed up for a free trial of Smallpdf to edit a few documents a while back. I checked my bank account today to find a near $200 charge had been put through, as I’d forgotten to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial. I sent a message through to customer support where I got a prompt response from Shannen, who was able to issue an order for a full refund within 30 minutes.
