The Customer Care here is a 'Centre of Excellence'! If all centres were this good, there would be less conflict in the world. It is almost worth having an issue just to experience how well they handle it.

Smallpdf - the best forty bucks I spent for work

I use Smallpdf as a teacher, and it is such a great tool to use, the yearly subscription is well worth it with everything that you get. Customer support was prompt and helpful when I had a problem logging in due to an email mishap. Would absolutely recommend

Superb customer service…

Superb customer service…with so many automated systems it's rare today to experience outstanding service. These guys rock. The app is exceptionally good but it unfortunately it didn't resolve my problem, I emphasise it was nothing to do with their product. I forgot to cancel and they charged my card after the trial. When I emailed them they responded in seconds and immediately put things right. You can't ask for more than that.
