I have used 7 day free trial period, but smallpdf charged me twice. I have contacted with customer service and received a prompt reply from Cha, who sorted out the cancellation and refund my charges. Professional staff with excellent service.

Beyond excellent customer service!
Beyond excellent customer service! I had trouble accessing my account and Michelle was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. Probably the best service I've ever received from an online company. Smallpdf does what I need it to do with no bells or whistles but the service I received was a whole parade!
