Customer Support, particularly Shannen, was terrifically prompt, friendly and helpful. I made a silly, careless error and Shannen solved it without making me feel foolish or small. I would use Smallpdf again and will definitely recommend the company to others.

Fast speed in solving user problem
I had problem with log-in and send request to customer service. They came back to me within 1 day and perfectly solved the problem! I like the team and Smallpdf is really easy to use the has all functions I need. Love it!

The greatest service ever.
Honestly, angels are working in there. I was going through a very rough patch in my life when my card was charged after the trial period completely due to my mistake. I communicated my difficulty, and within a split second I received a reply from the team & they refunded my money, without a question asked.
