Great product & awesome customer service
I have greatly enjoyed the service over the past few years. Easy to use on both desktop and mobile, never had any issues and it has been very helpful in completing projects involving pdfs. Their pdf compression option is especially useful when trying to email larger files. Recently I had to cancel as I would no longer be needing the product and their customer service team was very helpful in sorting out the auto-renew payment and in dealing with my account. I had a problem with a subscription refund
I had a problem with a subscription on the Pro version that I had never used. I made a request for assistance to get a refund which was immediately refunded on my PayPal. They were very quick to understand. Good assistance.
