Great customer support. I forgot to cancel the free trail subscription. I made a request for assistance to get a refund which was immediately refunded . They were very quick to understand. Good assistance. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

Great product & awesome customer service
I have greatly enjoyed the service over the past few years. Easy to use on both desktop and mobile, never had any issues and it has been very helpful in completing projects involving pdfs. Their pdf compression option is especially useful when trying to email larger files. Recently I had to cancel as I would no longer be needing the product and their customer service team was very helpful in sorting out the auto-renew payment and in dealing with my account.
