Great messaging tool, shuts down sometimes though.

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to create channels and search for them. What do you dislike? It freezes up and shuts down a lot. It'd be great to not have to refresh every couple of days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great way to communicate immediately with my team and check in on them.

Best Messaging Software I've Used

What do you like best? Makes communication with anyone in the organization very easy. The channels feature is great for group updates. What do you dislike? This is kind of nitpicky, but I can't sort the order of direct messages. It always defaults to alphabetical order. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receiving updates across the company. Quick communication and answers from coworkers.
