Usability of Slack

What do you like best? Easy to communicate with a community. Creating of multiple channels that makes user friendly and being in touch frequently with the notifications. What do you dislike? Great messaging tool, shuts down sometimes though.

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to create channels and search for them. What do you dislike? It freezes up and shuts down a lot. It'd be great to not have to refresh every couple of days. What do you like best? Makes communication with anyone in the organization very easy. The channels feature is great for group updates. What do you dislike? This is kind of nitpicky, but I can't sort the order of direct messages. It always defaults to alphabetical order. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receiving updates across the company. Quick communication and answers from coworkers.
