What do you like best? The best thing about Slack is that you can integrate other applications like Jira to it and have real time updates about the tickets in progress or completed by your team members. What do you dislike? Slack may get hand sometimes and you have to restart it for better experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that it has got its own API and if you are a developer, you can send messages to different channels with help of webhook. Incredibly helpful chat platform and integration with other platforms

What do you like best? I love the ability to create separate workspaces as an agency. I have an internal workspace and workspaces with each of my clients to streamline communication. I really appreciate slacks work to integrate with other platforms as well. I’ve integrated slack with asana to receive notifications of finished projects or analyst questions through slack. What do you like best? We can differentiate multiple projects by creating multiple channels in the software and integrate multiple software and services within the application which is pretty handy and useful. What do you dislike? Slack application in iOS is a pretty buggy and at times it doesn't load the channel page and shows the notification pretty late in the application compared to the desktop application.
