Slack is far more stable than anything else I have worked with
What do you like best? Stability. It has never failed me to send IM or do a call (including Team meetings) What do you dislike? Integration with the Microsoft world is far from great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It connects me to my colleagues. We migrated from other vendors for IM services and all the issues we had left in the past.

Cut me some Slack because I want more!
What do you like best? It is quick and easy to talk to multiple people, there is no lag or anything, I love to use the emojis, and to be able to have group chats and one on ones. I like that you can see exactly how is or is not online or in a call. The whole company is remote so it is important for us to have statuses and channels. We also use the channels for planning team events or parties or surprises. I like that it is easy to use on my laptop and on my phone at the same times! What ...

Great option for team based communication.
What do you like best? Slack is very easy to use and I assume that has always been the case amongst the employees in my company. We are using it for free,as we have stuck to the free version of Slack. It is ideal for large groups of teams . Great potential for integration with third party applications. What do you dislike? It isn’t a pretty application to look at, it is old school in its user interface.lol I wish there was a way to block other users. What problems are ...

I dislike how it makes you reachable almost 24/7. That's the point of the application, but it makes work/life balance a little difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have solved the problem of people not staying up to date with their emails. ...

Great for team use and one on one video
What do you like best? I like that I can have the whole team using Slack but also have protected channels and different channels for sharing information on a variety of topics. I also like that there is a Trello built in which allows easy access to our more visual "to-do" lists while we can still discuss and share files easily on Slack. I also like that I get to search my messages to access earlier messages or files. The editing feature also reduces to need to send multiple messages to ...
