What do you like best? Easy to use to chat with people in the team/company. Easy to find old conversations if needed. The Pin feature keeps needed stuff easy to reach. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Slack is an easy platform for us to collaborate and share ideas. What do you dislike? The settings are a bit difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to communicate with other team members and share files. I also like that I can make calls directly from it.

Good tool for

Free version was beautiful. But covid-19 came. We had to buy a paid one, we did not regret it. In general, tool copes with its tasks in marketing agency (~100 employee), I recommend it.
