Slack is a great help and a wonderful tool during these trying times
What do you like best? I love that you can contact fellow associates, set up separate channels, and sync it with your calendar. What do you dislike? It can get overwhelming if you have a lot of different channels. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating via virtual offices is the #1 benefit of using Slack. It's like having an online personal assistant.

Slack is the best alternative to Microsoft Teams if your not using O365 in your environment.
What do you like best? Right out-of-the box, one of the best features of using Slack is that its free and easy to get started for teams to collaborate regardless of how your accessing Slack, e.g. from a desktop, smartphone, web portal. Slack has tons of extra apps and integrations you can hook into your Slack environment. Great single place to talk, but can be overwhelming
What do you like best? I like that the application can handle many different kinds of content from different sources, and that I can have streams from several sources (work, hobbies, family, etc.) in the same application. What do you like best? It's easy to download and get to it with a shortcut app. It's simple to use and speeds up communication in workspaces. What do you dislike? What do you like best? After I tried different services, the best thing about Slack it's the amount of integrations that are available in the platform and how well they work. What do you like best? This is the best way to quickly communicate information to either the whole office or certain subsets. Easy to use, and is great with integrations. What do you dislike? It can be a little cumbersome to create reminders in certain channels. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
