A great communication tool within an organization.
What do you like best? Very easy to use and user friendly for first-time users. It's very easy to communicate with fellow co-workers. It offers many third-party app integrations too which is beneficial for developers working towards a common goal. What do you dislike? The search feature could really be improved and the notifications are sometimes overwhelming it would be better if there's a smarter filtering method. It's an okay product, a little confusing at first
What do you like best? I like how fast I can get in contact with all my team members in the office and those who aren't. I like that you can have the channels and then direct messages separate. What do you dislike? I don't like that I can't move around my DMs and organize them to be the ones I use the most at the top and so on... Right now it's all alphabetical which is okay, but if we could as the user move things around and organize it how we wanted it, the interface would be much ...
