Best tool i've used for business, project and team collaboration. for sure

What do you like best? Easy to set up, use and share documents. This tool is fun. What do you dislike? Trial period was too short but understandable. Would like to have on-line training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looking to reduce email and other forms of communication.
