Slack is pretty good

What do you like best? Slack makes it easy to get feedback on documents and chat back and forth about projects. I like the integration with other apps to allow polling, etc. What do you dislike? It can be confusing when you have multiple conversations going on with your team, especially if you're having project based conversations and side chats. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes asynchronous collaboration easy.
