Slack is one of the best messaging solutions I have used.
What do you like best? It has different threads that are very easy to navigate and see notifications for. It also has a feature that allows you to mention someone to get their attention as well as to organise messages by who their content pertains to. What do you dislike? It is hard to sign in to multiple workplaces, and notifications can quickly build up into a nuisance. In my experience there is no way to limit notifications to only messages directed towards you, which can be ...

Recommendations to others ...

Easy to Use, Fun, and Practical Chat Software for Companies
What do you like best? I really like that you can group people together- this way you can have chats divided by department, subject, or for fun. I also like that you can integrate with different software so, for example, we can share reviews of our product (as their published) via a custom slack channel. The search function is incredibly useful as well, allowing me to look back on conversations to see when a particular project was mentioned. There are many other small, tactical ...
