Efficient and integratable communications solution with usable solution
What do you like best? The best sides are usability, performance and integrations. It is a great tool for making communications efficient and systematic. When people get the channels configured and prepared properly, the communication becomes very efficient. It is very user friendly to be able to set up snoozing of notifications on given channels. Perfect for IT departments
We used too many channels to communicate (messengers, ms teams, skype, etc) and that was very inefficient. Once we tried Slack, we were very surprised how easy and feature-reach it is. Highly recommended.

The best...but with many limitations
The best...but with many limitations. I've been running my entire agency on Slack for just under 3 years. I use it to manage my team, our clients, and collaborations we have with other contractors/agencies.I will not dive into the benefits of Slack because there are too many, instead i'll focus on the limitations that you will experience transitioning onto the platform.The search bar UI is annoying. 30% of the time it shows a no result screen.
