Ideal for remote working

Slack makes it really easy and natural to keep in touch with the team during work in a remote environment. Also, the integrations are outstanding. Apps can be connected and custom shortcuts can be created within the app. However, there's room for improvement on the thread/reply feature where responses can be missed due to not appearing on the channel.

I used Slack for a short period time before I came to my new company and it was self explanatory since all of the functions, groups, and people could be searched at the very top. What do you like best? I really like the simplicity of the app and the way it has been designed. The ability to create sub- threads of communication is great. What do you like best? The ability to integrate bots into the system. What do you dislike? The threads in Slack are slightly inconvenient and sometimes make it really difficult.
