Migrated to Slack recently from Teams. Definitely was the right choice for us.

What do you like best? Very easy to use. Easy to collaborate inbound and outbound. The ability to add users as guests is valuable. What do you dislike? Thread management is overcomplicated. A simpler "WhatsApp"-like approach would have been better in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Slack for all team communications.

Super easy tool for quick conversations

What do you like best? I think that Slack is most useful for quick conversations. I greatly enjoy the ease of use and the ability to add channels and collaborate quickly with my team and the business. One of the features I appreciate is the ability to turn notifications on and off as appropriate. I also appreciate Slack's thoughful mobile version. It's certainly on par with the desktop version. Good collaboration software but surely not the best

What do you like best? I liked the way it is built, it stores the user'state across devices. So user starts the work where he left in the last device. I liked this chat and file sync across devices. Amazing for professional communication specially remote work

What do you like best? I love the feature that allows us to set ourselves as "active" or "away". Besides the status emoticon is also amazing that appears near your name and easily lets anyone know about your status, it also looks really quirky beside the name.
