Are you using Sketch?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Sketch is macOS and iPad only—if your team uses Windows or Linux, you'll need a separate tool or browser-based alternative for those users. The color picker has a known lag when sampling from external applications, which matters if you're matching brand palettes frequently. Before committing, verify in a demo that Sketch's component system (symbols) works for ...Read more

I love Adobe but this is a game changer!
What do you like best? The speed of creation and export are by far the fastest and most efficient that I've experienced. I also enjoy that the software allows for creation at different pixel density's and comes preloaded with common screen sizes. What do you dislike? The plug management system could use a better interface and organizational method. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to try using this software in chorus with Invision App What problems are ...

Great software for wireframes and prototyping my apps layout.
What do you like best? How easily I can make vector graphics, logos, and wireframes for my apps + the small size and fast processing of sketch. Also the plugins make it much easier and faster in designing, especially the magic mirror plugin that lets you make your screen into some devices like phone or laptop. What do you dislike? I dislike the limitations of the product scope right now as except vector or wireframes, i dont know what else i can do with it. Recommendations to others ...

Sketch = Amazing
What do you like best? Sketch is incredible for interface design, prototyping, and wire framing. Built from the start to be used for UI design, it sheds the weight of Photoshop and Illustrator's legacy and takes a fresh approach to interface design. The app itself performs much better overall than competitors, and is constantly being upgraded and iterated on, for the better. What do you dislike? There are still some bugs, and the app can get hung up when dealing with several images in ...

What Fireworks should've been
What do you like best? Ease of use when cutting up designs to go live. Art boards, Styles, CSS attributes all speed up the initial process. What do you dislike? Not a lot. Obviously it's suited for web/app design and creation. Photoshop is still king of raster related workflows. Recommendations to others considering the product: Depending on the types design files you receive you'll still need other software for other projects. But when a customer sends over a Sketch design file I'm ...

I use it to do UX and UI design.
What do you like best? It's quick and simple. It's visible that it was created for UI - UX design purpose. What do you dislike? I'd like to have: glyphs management - organize all the font styles and symbols - links (as in InDesign for all the images that you can put inside. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for UI - UX design.

Industry Standard for UI Design
What do you like best? It's light weight compared to Adobe Illustrator and it puts into focus the tools I need for UI work. I dont have to dig through the mounds of power controls in AI. Easy to see artboards, pages and layers. Exporting is so easy for both individual items and artboards. And let's not forget about the plug-ins! Power it up with sketch plug ins for spec work, and the amazing stuff that Invision is doing with craft. It's really powerful and fast! What do you dislike? I ...
