Been trying to cancel for 3 years
in 2018 I put in a cancellation request for sidelock, in order to cancel you have to call an international phone line, very expensive from UK or they will call you. I've put in around 20 or 30 requests, emails live chats, an none has called me yet, it's 3 years later now and they have increased the price from $15 to $30. I'm speaking with live chat as I write this and they are claiming they are calling me but it's not working. Insanely frustrating company to deal with. Why not a simple ...

They make it difficult to cancel
When I no longer needed the subscription, I cancelled it in my account. However, they tell you that you must speak with someone before cancelling. I waited 6 days, and received no call from anyone. So on the day before I was scheduled to be billed again I called, emailed, and started a chat with support and received no response. Then they proceeded to bill me. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing

Mi Experiencia con sitelock es muy buena desde un principio me dio resultado su servicio pero mientras que iba escalando de servicio mi web a sido constantemente pirateada lo cual me llevó a usar sus servicio más sofisticados y me resulto bien. me parece un buen servicio muy barato a comparación de otros servicios donde se tiene que adquirir un propio equipo para hacer lo que hace sitelock.

Terrible service, never fixed my site problem and impossible to cancel
Terrible service, impossible to cancel. Never resolved my problem. You have to queue in a phone line for hours to cancel, to be obviously lied to and told the service is down numerous times so cannot cancel. Unnecessary purchase as your provider often has free security also. Just Google do I need sitelock- no, you definitely don't.

This was bundled with bluehost to protect 3 sites I manage. The security pdf report it is supposed to run everyday is always blank. I've contacted them 3 times in as many weeks and still no reply. Just not worth the $72
