Solid system for content management

What do you like best? Content management and built-in tools for blogs and events are easy to use for all levels of users. What do you dislike? There isn't a strong user community or add-ons to extend the system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've opened up our website to content managers across our community with approval workflows that has greatly reduced the amount of content one small team has to handle.
