Sitefinity: Loved by Marketing and IT
What do you like best? The ease of use of SItefinity is compelling, and the ability to quickly train content contributors made this a win for my company. What do you dislike? We bought the enterprise license to get SiteSync. I am a little disappointed in it. It is very buggy and flakes out often. Good CMS for customers
What do you like best? Easy to customize the website based upon client requirements and marketing capabilities are awesome . A/B testing , Digital experience cloud are few of them. What do you dislike? Less training material is available , I hope documentation can be more ellaborative about some concepts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Number of clients has increased who want their website in sitefinity, they like ease of using CMS.

Improving user experiences and customization
What do you like best? Sitefinity allows myself as a developer to take the requirements the business gives me and translate them into what the end user expects, without much customization from myself. Sitefinity comes with a ton of out of the box features, but it also allows you to customize and extend widgets to meet your needs. What do you dislike? Easy to use and learn
What do you like best? Sitefinity is easy to use and learn. It is very expanadable and customizable. The ease of creating translations for multiple languages very quickly is very nice What do you dislike? I started on version 5.4 and just recently upgraded to 11.2. Over the last 5-6 years I have had 4 upgrades and outside of 1 of them, they all have been quite painful. They have not been as seamless as I thought Somme of them would be.
