Potential but struggling to reap the benefits

What do you like best? Sitecore Experience Platform is extremely powerful but I feel like we have only touched the surface on its capabilities.Our company is hoping to utilize personalization. It's very powerful, and very complicated

What do you like best? Sitecore can just about do anything you want it to do. There's a great deal of capabilities, APIs, and ways of linking in additional capabilities and platforms. It's powerful, can be quick, customizable, and can have personalization options. What do you dislike? You absolutely can't implement this yourself. You'll need a partner. It's also got an extremely steep learning curve - it does not look, feel, or function like any other CMS you're familiar with. ...

What do you like best? I like that it is so intuitive for content people but allows developers to customize everything. What do you dislike? The documentation in Sitecore is sometimes lacking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use with Experience Editor

Intranet experience

What do you like best? Sitecore is easy to use for content management, images, file attachments, and displaying different components. The Experience Editor is helpful to visualize the look and feel. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is slowness when using the Content Editor. Occasionally there are error messages that can be difficult to get past. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The intranet has been well received.

Journey with Sitecore

What do you like best? Marketing Platform and Cortex. Content Management is always my favorite What do you dislike? Learning Curve is huge. Need to invest in Personnel. Setting up Xconnect is a pain.
