I love using Sitecore as a platform to solve my customer's problems
What do you like best? I love how the platform is open and allows developers to extend the system to meet customer needs What do you dislike? The downsides of Sitecore is the level of official documentation concerning new functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allow the customer to integrate backend systems into the platform without comprising customer experience.

Flexible product, but complicated
What do you like best? It has a lot of capabilities if you buy everything. Email marketing. Personalization. AI, etc. Very broad abilities. Can work across many various sites as well with sharing assets. What do you dislike? It can get complicated &/or expensive pretty quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits: Able to personalize. Problem solved: Able to throw up new microsites fairly quickly.

One of the better CMS out there, but need more maturity in Omni Channel capabilities
What do you like best? Once setup, pretty seamless for content authors, personalization and analytics. What do you dislike? The amount of complexity added to build Sitecore sites sometimes may not justify the efforts. Quickly personalize experien
What do you like best? Allows us to display content based on on store location. We often have different amenities offered so it makes for a better guest experience if we can share more relevant information. What do you dislike? There are often too many different steps needed to make one small change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes us more efficient

What do you like best? Sitecore allows our company to keep up with demand without requiring our developers to constantly customize. What do you dislike? I'm a new user, so far - no issues. It does require an expert to set up. If we were to rely on training our internal dev team, I would not feel comfortable that we did it the best way we could.
