Great content management tool

What do you like best? The ability to make content changes with workflows and version history. What do you dislike? The lack of assistance within the application as it is a very complex tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are currently not solving any problems but the benefits are we can have a non programmer make content changes for our clients instead of them being code changes.
