What do you like best about SimpleTexting? SimpleTexting is simple to understand and is quick and easy to use. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? No complaints. We have had no issues at all. Recently, our Simple Text phone number was changed but we didn't receive a notification. I am hoping that was a one-time thing that others don't have to experience. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? What I enjoyed the most was how easy the user interface is. It is very intuitive, and simple to navigate through. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I dislike that there is very little analytics for the platform. I can't see how many people responded, What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to reach out to my clients in an effective, low-cost manner.

I most like that I can build a "campaign" to include all members requiring notification well in advance, schedule it, and know that it will go out without fail. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? There isn't anything that I dislike about it. I can build contacts and assign groups; individually or group contact at any time. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Very intuitive and easy to use. It delivers on what the name promises—simplicity. The price is also good, and the discounts for nonprofits are great!
