What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Accessibility to do the services and the ease of trying it out. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Kinda taking the time do this survey, so very busy. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It is convenient to be able to communicate in different campaigns to our various locations. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? There was an issue with our phone number being changed and this was not effectively communicated to us. This was a one-time issue and customer service has been helpful with resolving. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? SimpleTexting allows us to communicate with all demographics at once.
