What do you like best about SimpleTexting? We like how quick and easy it is to text parents of our students from the inbox. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Creating lists is tedious. It would be nice not to have to go through a series of 5 clicks to add an individual to a list. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? SimpleTexting helps us communicate with our students' parents that are otherwise often difficult to communicate with.

"I find it OK but I need to learn to use it more efficiently. The cost is rapidly increasing."

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The customer service. It is quick and efficient. And the dashboard. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? It is not intuative to re-send messages or blocking things off by campaign. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication out. We have not figured out how to have it be interactive.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I like the simplicity of the platform - it is simple and doesn't have a lot of clutter What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I would like to create my own groups to organize my text messages into client groups What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not used the program long enough to provide any problems to be solved.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Ease of use. Able to reach a lot of people at one time. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I have to use the software to check messages. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? I use SimpleTexting to contact families to sign up for Christmas toy assistance. I also use it to send out reminders for toy pick-up. We now provide toys to over 2000 families per year.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? How easy it is to create a campaign, upload and even respond to our clients that reach out. And then pulling up reports based of each individual campaign that i have set up. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I don't think I particularly have an issue with this software. "Simple texting is simple, well organized and efficient"

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I love the custom integrations and keywords available in Simple Texting. It is straightforward and easy to use. I also like that I can work from my desktop or my phone, depending on my circumstances. I have tried many other texting platforms, but nothing has come close to Simple Texting. I highly recommend it.
