You can count on them.
It is easy for any company to sell you or pitch you something you have yet to use, however when you join is when it matters. Simple texting has stood by its word and provided great customer service, I highly recommend it.

Helps quickly every time!
The automated chats are almost always very helpful, but when I need to really discuss with a person it's always quick, friendly, and answers my questions. My experiences have been much better compared to any other company's online chatting, keep it up!

The customer support at simpletexting…
The customer support at simpletexting is extremely amazing. When I needed help. I got web support and phone support. I had the agent walk me through my account to help me get set-up. It was amazing. I'm a very happy customer!
