What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Responses are instant, notifications to emails are quick if you miss something. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I wish you could archive chats, maybe you can? What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Great for contacting clients who can't answer the phone during the work day but can send a quick text.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? We have just completed setting up the platform and have started testing how to use it. It does seem pretty simple. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The format for the postal code seems odd (they require a hyphen) but we found a work-around. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We have just started to use it but are hopeful it'll help us reach people we haven't been able to reach before.
