What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Software is easy to use and support is great What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Would like to have 5 accounts or more in the base plans. This would make managing text replies a lot easier. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? It will be beneficial as we roll out different campaigns.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Easy to use. Chat agents are available when needed. Clear campaign analytics. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? It's easy to use too many credits. When clients opt out and want back in, it's not easy to add them - they have to text back to opt in. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Unsure.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Importing contacts and lists is extremely easy, and creating campaigns to schedule and send to those lists is a breeze. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Additional credits aren't cheap, and the threshold for what is considered to be a "long" SMS, which costs two credits per message instead of one, can be pretty limiting.
