I love simple practice

I love simple practice. It is user friendly and does not take long to get the hang of. They also have integrated telehealth which makes your keeping your practice in one location possible! Def recommend!

Relief and efficiency, when needed more than ever

After hearing about the numerous benefits of Simple Practice, I made the tough choice to transition my company over from our previous EHR system. This was not an easy choice, but it was clearly the best decision. Within a week, a responsible COVID-19 response included rapid transition to Telehealth. This process was nearly seamless as combined with our transition. We are now able to serve our clients, securely and efficiently.

I have had a great experience learning…

I have had a great experience learning Simple Practice. The videos and guide are very user friendly and the platform has so many features depending on what your needs are. I have been contacted several times and encouraged to reach out for support if I have any questions. I have not done any of the billing yet but am excited to use that feature.

"Solid EHR platform"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like being able to do online scheduling for my clients, as well as billing through credit cards and being able to provide invoices and superbills all in a streamlined and functional manner. There are several solid note templates already loaded to the program that can be used for record keeping as well. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? An easy way to stay organized.

I just started on Simple practice and so far, my experience has been very positive. The system is easy to use and keeps my practice organized. I particularly enjoy having basic assessments that I can send to clients securely. I am still waiting for my on boarding session that I had hoped would happen sooner; however, the delay is due to COVID-19 which is understandable. The only disappointment is the options for pricing plans. I don't need all the online scheduling and insurance forms; ...

I've just switched to SimplePractice…

I've just switched to SimplePractice from another EHR system because they offer the ability to do telehealth visits from within the platform. It's great that these are HIPAA compliant. I've tried them and found them to be smooth and easy to use. I especially like that you just email clients a link, and then there is nothing for them to download.
