No headaches!

It only took me a week into the trial to decide to make the switch from my last documenting system. I was very hesitant to have to learn a new system and transfer information but simple practice truly made it very simple! I am very glad I switched over and I wish I didn’t it sooner.

Simple Practice is Excellent!

Simple Practice has made opening and managing my small private counseling practice easy. All tools are integrated, which allows for easy workflows. The ability to create and use my own notes via their template maker is awesome as I can present information the way it works best for me!

Relief and efficiency, when needed more than ever

After hearing about the numerous benefits of Simple Practice, I made the tough choice to transition my company over from our previous EHR system. This was not an easy choice, but it was clearly the best decision. Within a week, a responsible COVID-19 response included rapid transition to Telehealth. This process was nearly seamless as combined with our transition. We are now able to serve our clients, securely and efficiently.

Bite-sized nuggets of instruction, just when I need them!

I've really just used the videoconferencing so far, but the platform is easy for clients and easy for me. After opening their portal and signing consent form remotely, we were off to the sessions. I will adapt the HIPAA and other forms because, as a psychologist, I can and do provide stronger confidentiality protection. I am starting with previously established clients, so I can do that later. I love simple practice

I love simple practice. It is user friendly and does not take long to get the hang of. They also have integrated telehealth which makes your keeping your practice in one location possible! Def recommend!

Simple practice is sophisticated but simple to use

Once the Quarantine began I needed a safe secure and easy to implement video program allowing me to continue working with my clients. I am not particularly savvy with technology but this program was easy to set up and use. I expect even after quarentine is over, my use of simple practice will not.

I have found Simple Practice to be incredibly helpful

I have found Simple Practice to be incredibly helpful as I begin my private practice. I was initially concerned about how I would keep track of appointments and notes and client paperwork but that is literally all kept and organized in this program. I did need to use the help feature and watch some of the offered tutorials but the site quickly became easy to navigate and use.
