Simple to use!
SimplePractice is a comprehensive, yet user friendly, practice management software. I was a bit concerned with transitioning to a paperless practice but am so glad I did. The patient portal offers secure messaging, online scheduling and a payment center with the choice for credit cards to be stored on fine and also on autopay for simple billing after a session has been completed. Would Recommend
So far my experience with Simple Practice has been pretty great. The chat feature is nice because you can get immediate responses, and their pre-recorded classes are pretty helpful in the learning process. One thing I wish was a little bit more accessible would be quicker access to insurance specialists. I think the service is really excellent, but I also think the price could be a little lower. Simple Practice is perfect for telehealth!
Simple Practice has been a blessing for telehealth during the pandemic and a convenient way to stay organized in the future. Everything is easy for the clients and keeps everything in one place for me. The template forms are amazing!

New user during COVID-19 crisis
Up until the COVID-19 pandemic, I had functioned as a private practitioner using my own systems for documentation, billing, and organizing my practice. The options available in the platform…
The options available in the platform are what I was looking for such as online scheduling for clients, completing forms online, a note system that is customizable, reminders for myself, and billing capability. The telehealth option is truly needed at this time. I have had a positive experience.

Love SP!
I really like SP. they have amazing built in features and is truly a one stop show for everything you need. I am new to private practice and they have great support people availonle as well that have answered my questions and now I feel I’m using the platform to its full capacity.

New to electronic medical records.
I have been using a billing software for numerous years and keeping a paper chart. The current need for telehealth and electronic medical records is now more necessary than ever. I have started to use SimplePractice and I am looking forward to integrating billing and my chart electronically. The SimplePractice electronic medical record appears intuitive and the SimplePractice staff appears very willing and able to help while you learn.

I really enjoy using Simple Practice…
I really enjoy using Simple Practice because it streamlines everything for me. SP allows me to use telehealth , bill, keep track of clients without hassle. All of my clients find it easy to access the portal and I've had zero complaints. Overall, a great system to use and I highly recommend.

I switched to Simple Practice because I…
I switched to Simple Practice because I wanted to have platform that allowed me to bill and do teletherapy all in one. Once I became use to the platform I started to really enjoy all the different elements like the app, creating notes, and the portal. I'm SO happy I made the switch.
