I was referred to Simple Practice through Laura Stoltz with Therapeutic Play and Counseling, Norfolk, NE. I signed up Apex Therapy Services with the 30 day trial and found that it was as "simple" as Laura said it was :) The help center was able to assist me with some of my questions and when I could not find my exact answer to my question the support staff was very good at responding in a fast manner. Simple Practice is a great one stop shop.

Simple Practice is a great one stop shop for all your private practice organizational needs. Honestly I don’t even know how to use all the features yet but it’s been amazing for telehealth so far.

I really enjoy using Simple Practice…

I really enjoy using Simple Practice because it streamlines everything for me. SP allows me to use telehealth , bill, keep track of clients without hassle. All of my clients find it easy to access the portal and I've had zero complaints. Overall, a great system to use and I highly recommend.

Just started using Simple Practice and…

Just started using Simple Practice and telehealth last week to take care of our patients during COVID-19 order. Did not know if I would like telehealth, but Simple Pracitce has made it very easy for me and my patients.We are still integrating the administrative software in the changeover from our old software and the chat feature and emails from support staff have been wonderful! I would definitely recommend this software!

Having just decided to branch out on my…

Having just decided to branch out on my own, I needed at least a HIPAA compliant video portal. I'd heard of Simple Practice so decided to take a look. It not only has video but billing and secure messaging as well. And because I needed up and running quickly I also needed guidance-no problem! SP has video instructions as well as live classes and personal instruction. I couldn't get better than this for my needs!

Simple Practice

I upgraded my professional account before my free trial ended. I was a long time customer of another EHR, after several years, price increases and frustration the EHR was not serving my practice or clients well. I switched over to simple Practice, was able to get things set up quickly and it is truly is simple to use but a robust platform that saves our group time, and help us get paid. Almost perfect

I really like this platform! I've had great success using it for Telehealth services. The only thing I would like, is a waiting room to see who is waiting for me and for me to have control over when he video starts. That's a personal preference. otherwise, I have enjoyed using this service.

New to electronic medical records.

I have been using a billing software for numerous years and keeping a paper chart. The current need for telehealth and electronic medical records is now more necessary than ever. I have started to use SimplePractice and I am looking forward to integrating billing and my chart electronically.
