SimplePractice lives up to its name

After exhaustive review of EHRs, I selected SimplePractice when I started my practice in March 2020. The reason is very simple: it’s all-in-one. Scheduling, payments, messaging, and Telehealth. I have used the Telehealth platform built in and it worked very well. I don’t have to select and keep track of multiple systems. Setup has been wash, since the program is quite intuitive. I love Simple Practice

I love Simple Practice. I was skeptical about utilizng an EHR for my private practice. I am a pencil andpaper therapist. However, I had to adjust to the new norm since the COVID 19 Pandemic quickly. Simple Practice made it very easy to do this in a safe and HIPPA compliant manner. I really enjoy the automated appointment reminders as well as the ability to have my papework revewed and signed prior to sessions.

Transferred entire practice to Simple Practice within days.

I had to switch to a HIPPA compliant platform for telehealth services due to COVID 19 virus. Simple Practice was easy to learn and informative with their instructions and videos which highlighted their services. I was able to quickly transfer my entire practice to an electronic medical record. During an extremely stressful time, I am glad I made the switch to Simple Practice and wish I would have done it sooner. My clients also commented how easy it was to adjust to a virtual platform.

Struggling to acquaint myself with the technology

I spent the better part of two days trying to navigate your platform and found it very cumbersome and not user-friendly. I am sure there is a learning curve but.... on my end the jury is certainly out

I have already come to love and appreciate having all my office management needs and practice tools all in one, through Simple Practice. My practice is running smoother already . I wish I would have looked into this amazing program much sooner. I am recommending it to everyone looking at simplifying their practice but also remaining as busy clinically as desired. Simple Practice truly does simply your operations. There is ease of use in communicating with clients, use of telehealth, scheduling, and setting up profiles of staff and clients. Very helpful when operating remotely as many of us during this pandemic. There are a couple of spots where things can be clunky. For example, when adding an appointment, there is a delay and then it places you back some weeks, sometimes to the previous month which can be a bit disorienting. But overall, I highly ...
