I'm mostly satisfied with Simple Practice. I used to keep all my records on paper, and SP simplifies and speeds up many of those tasks--once I learn how to do it. Transferring all my client data from my paper records is very tedious and time consuming, partly because SP's organization isn't intuitive to me. Great overall

After having trying to avoid teletherapy in my practice aside from rare, necessary exceptions, I found myself transitioning my clients to remote sessions in response to shelter in place orders. Not worth the risk

The platform was good. Simplicity in documentation and billing was very convenient. However, that’s where the positive aspect of this company ends. They have TERRIBLE customer. It’s incompetent. Over a 30 day process, their lack of communication and pushing responsibilities off on each other, resulted in a complete loss of my data and customer information. When I complained, their response was pretty much “oops, sorry” but absolutely no accountability!!! I had colleagues warn me about ...

I started using SimplePractice consistently about a month ago. It took me some time to figure out the billing, but generally speaking it's all very easy to use. I love having all of my records, billing, calendar in one place. I've being using it for Telehealth clients and that feature has had few issues. Highly highly recommend!

I can’t imagine running a private practice without this platform. It has streamlined my work outside of sessions so much so that most processes are automated and don’t require my attention! Is has made billing and sending super bills easier than ever and the customer service is top notch.

Why didn't I sign up for SimplePractice sooner…

Why didn't I sign up for SimplePractice sooner? I love the automated emails, easy portal access for online signatures, and paperless intakes. It helps me focus on seeing clients, rather than gathering paperwork. So thankful!

I’m just starting out in private…

I’m just starting out in private practice and Simple Practice has made it so easy to get up and running. I haven’t had much cause to contact customer service, but when I have they have been amazing. During the Covid-19 pandemic I had to adapt quickly to the shift to telehealth and the quality of their video conferencing is wonderful, the setup has been easy, and I feel confident using the service.
