Are you still in business

Are you still in business? I need to speak to a customer service rep -- I have an unresolved insurance issue. All I get is SOLVED answers to the questions and it isn't working.

Simple Practice is quite useful...

Simple Practice has been a useful platform to be able to properly document client interactions and data as well as using the client portal to electronically have clients complete paperwork. It works well for what it does and would recommend for mental health practices who are looking to expand online to utilize electronic records.

It is simple!

It is simple! And it's simply the best. We did a TON of research when we were looking to switch EHR softwares a few years ago and we have never regretted choosing Simple Practice. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall, it's great, and unlike other EHR softwares out there, it really works for mental health.

Glad I switched!

I switched to Simple Practice from Therapy Appointment, and I am so glad I did. I love the option to share documents with my clients the best. And this program really does make it simple for me. I also like how quickly customer support responds to any questions I have. :)

Simple Practice and Stripe

Simple Practice does not keep its contractual obligations to reimburse healthcare providers for billed services when using their integrated payment system known as Stripe. That this should occur during a global health crisis is egregious.

Simplepractice has simplified my life

I have had a great experience with Simplepractice. The billing, charting, and scheduling features are very easy to use. It is very intuitive and only took us about a week and a half to figure out the basics--not bad considering that some people need a whole month to figure out their platform. As an MD I would love it if they could pair up with an eprescribe system. But there is enough good stuff without that, that I don't mind using a separate eprescribe for now. SimplePractice Makes Your Practice Simpler

SimplePractice reduces a significant amount of admin. time for me as a sole provider without admin. staff. Providing telehealth sessions has been an easy adjustment. There are numerous videos to assist with learning this new system as well. A colleague recommended SimplePractice and I have been very pleased and relieved.

TELEHEALTH EXPERIENCE

Signed up for Telehealth by SimplePractice to have remote audiovisual sessions with patients due to COVID. I chose SP as it is a HIPPA compliant platform and is associated with CAMFT and offered 30 days + 30 days free trial. Took about two weeks for me to understand and navigate the system; about the same time it takes for me to learn any new system. Everything’s included!

SP has made my practice easier and more organized in so many ways. It’s saving me so much time! I’ve had a question and got quick answers through a well organized and thorough resource center. My only wish was that accessing a direct person was easier for quick, more complex questions about courtesy batch billing/CMS 1500 insurance questions.
