What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like how Simple Practice does it all in one place. I used to use an archaic paper and pen method that had so many steps and became no longer practical in the era of telehealth. Don’t expect good customer support.

Don’t let them blame the poor customer service or lack of phone support on COVID19. Even trying to email them for support is frustrating. The link is buried in layers of “online resources” they expect you to use first. Then when the problem is their technical issue, they blame it on the payer and tell you that you have to call the payer. The ONLY reason I haven’t cancelled is bec I don’t want to deal with changing everything over.

Simple practice is a user friendly…

Simple practice is a user friendly system but hard to get answers quickly when dealing with clients. We are having problems adding credit cards to our clients file. It freezes when you go to press add. ANY solution to that problem
