While I like so many features about…

While I like so many features about this program I can't stand that I can't contact anyone via the phone, when I have an issue with software and can't log onto my video session it might take days for the them to fix the issues and respond via email.

No Live Customer Support and Telehealth isn't Optimal

I love the way the calendar works and billing is a breeze. The forms and setting up a client works well. The EHR is decent. So this side of practice management is made easier by Simple Practice. Unfortunately, when you do have a problem, there is no way to get a live person for customer service in real time. This is especially a problem when you have a Telehealth session and the less than optimal Telehealth feature is not working well, which happens all too often. Look, it's our ...

Great Overall-Telehealth Needs Work

I love the ease of use, library of documents and billing features. However, none of that matters if you can't connect to your client. When my counseling client and I tried to meet today, I got a message today that read "Link expired or unavailable". It's embarrassing, and makes me and my company appear unprofessional. Also in the mental health profession, clients are depending on me to be there. It can literally be a matter of life and death. There at least needs to be an emergency default ...

Could be improved dramatically. Limited marketing which all cost extra. Price point is high. Thanks for replying to my review. Stating these services are free "right now" is a bit misleading. Free trials of services are great but it puts the onus on the user to remember to cancel the service after the free trial is over. Again, it still is a service that costs extra. I couldn't be happier…

I couldn't be happier with this service. I just started my private practice (2/2021) and found everything I need. Best of all, it is extremely user friendly (and technology is NOT my strong suit). I watched several of the support videos during my free trial and was ready to go once I had my first client. I have had no difficulties. I did have 2 questions which were nicely handled by email in one case and through a 1:1 meeting with a support staff on another occasion. I highly recommend this ...

Customer service

I enjoy SP as a scheduling and paperwork platform for our counseling department in our church, however, getting a hold of customer service has been difficult. I have questions on how to make changes to the on-line scheduling and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Everything I click on just takes me in circles. I’ve used Simple Practice since I went out on my own and started a private practice (2017).
