Suggested improvements

Would love color coating or difference in appointments by provider on the schedule. Telehealth platform could benefit from a group option as well as chat feature and client screen share. Also would love an "intern" log in option.

For an all in one place for hosting…

For an all in one place for hosting your online practice I haven't found anything yet that compares. With that said a more robust web template or ability to modify the websites would be a big plus. Also having the ability to do group video sessions would also be nice and something I've heard they are working on.

AWFUL - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMAIL FOR HELP AND SAME RESPONSE FROM THEM OVER AND OVER. I keep on going in circles getting no where - DO NOT sign up for this unless you want no help and no real guidance.

Happy with SimplePractice until this…

Happy with SimplePractice until this morning when an advertisement showed up as I was starting a telehealth session. I am paying to have to be subjected to an advertisement that I have to respond to in order to start a session? Not cool.

I really don't have any complaints

I really don't have any complaints. I love that they help with billing issues, follow up appropriately and the platform is helpful and easy to use. It takes all the worry out of going into practice on your I own. You just need a little patience in the beginning to get an understanding of what you are doing. I do think the availability calendar could use a tweak or two but, I'm sure they will continue to upgrade.

Love feeling like I am supporting a company that views therapy the way I do. User friendly website and neat ways to make it simple for the therapist to focus on the client and feel supported. I am a big Simple Practice fan.

Great Overall-Telehealth Needs Work

I love the ease of use, library of documents and billing features. However, none of that matters if you can't connect to your client. When my counseling client and I tried to meet today, I got a message today that read "Link expired or unavailable". It's embarrassing, and makes me and my company appear unprofessional. Also in the mental health profession, clients are depending on me to be there. It can literally be a matter of life and death. There at least needs to be an emergency default ...
