Overall it's good

Overall it's good. Onboarding new clients is a piece of cake. The biggest drawback is exactly what everyone says...reaching a live person is impossible. I almost did not go with them for this reason. Just wish they would change the way they respond and it would be 5 stars.

Improve customer service response time.

I like SimplePractice’s platform . I don’t like not having a live person to talk to when I have a question. If I have a quick question that can be answered by phone I don’t want to wait a couple hours or the next day for answer.😑

I love the client interface

I love the client interface. On boarding is easy with the document share feature. Not happy with invoicing and accounting side of the service I can not apply payments where I intend them to go and invoicing is not accurate for services provided. My biller struggles with not being able to apply payments where we intend them to be applied.

Compliance Barriers

I love most of the features SP offers. One major thing I would love to see is a way for clients, clinicians, and supervisors to be able to sign treatment plans. This is required in my state and the workflow pattern necessary to accomplish this paperlessly is unreasonable.

Suggested improvements

Would love color coating or difference in appointments by provider on the schedule. Telehealth platform could benefit from a group option as well as chat feature and client screen share. Also would love an "intern" log in option.
