Private Practice SLP

I am an SLP working in private practice. We see clients both in-person and via telehealth. PROS: They are continuously working to update their telehealth platform by adding new features. Billing set up is easy and it's easy to submit claims. I like the features for reminder calls and texts to patients. You can send intake forms and consent forms prior to their appointment. CONS: Customer service is great - but they are hard to get ahold of. You have to chat or email them. No "waiting room" ...

Meets basic needs of SLPs

I'm a speech-language pathologist and enjoy Simple Practice (SP). Pros: it covers basic things that we need to help make our practice run easier (e.g., appointment reminders, billing, etc.), it's customizable, and helps keep me organized. They are continually trying to update and improve. SLP private practice

I’m a speech language pathologist with a small private practice. I’ve been using this software since my 2nd week starting my practice and it has been a game changer. From on boarding new clients and having them fill out and sign all intake paperwork, to scheduling, and daily notes. It saves me SO much time and hassle. I’m so happy I found this software

Simple Practice has been a huge relief…

Simple Practice has been a huge relief for our mobile speech therapy practice. The EMR is incredibly user friendly for scheduling, documentation, telepractice, and billing. In addition they offer tutorials and are prompt with answering specific questions. I’m constantly recommending Simple Practice due to its ease, customer support and cost effectiveness.

I am an adult neuro-focused SLP with a new solo private practice. I'm a pediatric speech-language pathologist, and I I own my private practice. I was originally solo, but now have one contractor working with me. SP has been the BEST decision for my practice!! I am private pay, and occasionally bill OON for clients, and billing could not be easier regardless of which I'm doing. Great service for a new practice

When I bought my private practice in 2020, the previous owner had just started using Simple Practice and recommended that I continue as it was a very easy way to schedule patients and meetings as well as streamline the billing process. Simple Practice has been a great asset to my business, and I will continue to use it and recommend it to others who may be looking for tool such as this.
