Completely automated billing

I really appreciate the integration of…

I really appreciate the integration of video platform, EHR and billing. It makes my life so much easier! The price is extremely reasonable and I have no regrets about switching to SimplePractice once the pandemic began. I'd love to see a couple of minor improvements: A. auto correct. I'm a terrible typist and spend a lot of time making corrections. B. Dictation options C. Auto save for notes that you add outside of a session. Overall I'm really happy with it!

Love simple practice

Love simple practice! Keeps my calendar straight and makes charging clients and submitting claims super easy and time efficient. Also love it for its teletherapy platform and super informative publication!

Mixed bag, but not a value for the price.

Great customer service--can't complain there. But using it is anything but simple. Many of the processes could be automated to be more efficient for a single-provider practice (like weekly automated invoicing or grouping superbills). Their templates feel outdated and uninformed. There's no way to run a group through the telehealth platform. Wouldn't recommend.

Simple Practice has been great thus far…

Simple Practice has been great thus far for starting my Speech-Language Pathology private practice. I love that there user friendly video's to create/customize all of the forms, excellent way to maintain a paperless practice and cost effective telehealth solutions. The on-boarding meeting they offered was also helpful to help me navigate all of the features. I'd definitely recommend!

Makes starting a private practice easy.

Starting my own solo private practice was at times downright scary but the best decision I made was using SimplePractice. I have peace of mind knowing everything is HIPPA compliant and in one place. I love how helpful the support function is (when I don't remember how to find something) and the customer service has been fantastic!
