What do you like best about SimplePractice? Confidentiality is important and at the forefront of SimplePractice system. I love how everything is easy to use and located in a single location. The software works very well and is quite intuitive to use. I would give it five stars if customer support had an option for telephone help with issues. I had a recent struggle with uploading documents required for insurance enrollment with data sharing - and the documents required compression which made them illegible....and it took many help messages to get it solved. "If You Want Things to be "Simple" from the Clinician Side - Don't Use this Platform"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Simple Practice is easy to navigate for the most part. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? No ability to edit existing treatment plans. SimplePractice is a simple and efficient EMR. I love how parents have a portal to enter info/set alerts or reminders for sessions/manage payment preferences. I also appreciate the templates for evaluations!

SimplePractice is a lifesaver for my new practice

I've been using SimplePractice for my practice since August 2021. The platform is very easy to use, efficient, and organized. I have yet to learn how to bill through it, but from what I hear it's just as easy to do. I'm new to private practice and it's been a lifesaver with tracking clients, scheduling, notes, etc. The platform pays for itself and I love how it tracks my revenue each month. Feedback for SP

I am loving Simple Practice after 4 months of use. They asked me to post feedback to them here: "How can we do better?" Here are my two thoughts: 1. On the calendar page, list more than 5 "recently viewed" - better yet, list all the remaining clients I plan to see this week. (I need to see future clients more than past clients). 2. When calendar scheduling another session for a current client, default to the same time their last session was.
