The software works very well and is quite intuitive to use. I would give it five stars if customer support had an option for telephone help with issues. I had a recent struggle with uploading documents required for insurance enrollment with data sharing - and the documents required compression which made them illegible....and it took many help messages to get it solved. Simple and Efficient

SimplePractice is a simple and efficient EMR. I love how parents have a portal to enter info/set alerts or reminders for sessions/manage payment preferences. I also appreciate the templates for evaluations!

SimplePractice is a lifesaver for my new practice

I've been using SimplePractice for my practice since August 2021. The platform is very easy to use, efficient, and organized. I have yet to learn how to bill through it, but from what I hear it's just as easy to do. I'm new to private practice and it's been a lifesaver with tracking clients, scheduling, notes, etc. The platform pays for itself and I love how it tracks my revenue each month. I am loving Simple Practice after 4 months of use. They asked me to post feedback to them here: "How can we do better?" Here are my two thoughts: 1. On the calendar page, list more than 5 "recently viewed" - better yet, list all the remaining clients I plan to see this week. (I need to see future clients more than past clients). 2. When calendar scheduling another session for a current client, default to the same time their last session was.
