I really love Simple Practice

I really love Simple Practice. It has really beeen a fantastic tool dor me as an independent practioner. I can’t wait to see what new tools are developed like a whiteboard to use when doing psychoeducation with clients. Love the forms as well and they help me stay on top of ethical and legal requirements.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Super easy to use and very convenient for the clients. Clients are able to upload documents from their end. Scheduling and creating client profiles are easy. The calendar display is visually pleasing. There's a lot of extra features that make you want to use the system. I absolutely love Simple Practice…

I absolutely love Simple Practice as a solo practitioner. Everything is literally wrapped up in one EHR. I love the ability work remotely and have daily reminders and warp up of my days. The billing process is extremely efficient and user friendly to navigate. I have two wishes : the website was more customizable and the video quality was better. Overall, I am very pleased and have not had any issues whatsoever .

Functional and Helpful

As a solo practitioner (occupational therapist), it feels like Simple Practice has my back. I love knowing that everything is HIPAA compliant. They even have intake forms and practice policy outlines to help guide you. Simple Practice is helpful because they send you reminders if you miss a note or if a client hasn't paid. Simple Practice has been ideal for my private practice

As a Speech Language Pathologist, Simple Practice has been a great choice for my private practice. It's affordable, easy to navigate, and keeps everything in one place. I highly recommend it to other SLP's who are looking for user friendly EHR.

Great to have everything in one place

Great to have everything in one place. Would like to see the price lowered a bit. A little turned off when I specifically asked about 60 day free trial, told that I could have it, and was charge after 30 days only to learn that they were not offering a 60 day free trial at the time. I guess the one month fee is more important to them than the goodwill.

Quick review from SLP

SimplePractice has been adequate for my needs as a single therapist operation thus far. I like the ability to communicate with patients via the patient portal and the ability to send intake documents for patients to complete beforehand. Expect to spend a considerable time in setting up evaluation templates. Overall, I am satisfied, but would consider looking at other EMRs if things start getting busier considering its price being comparable to others.

Easy to use platform

Easy to use platform for effective and efficient way to run a counseling practice. Great to have billing, client file, and telehealth platform all in one space. Free website with online booking is a huge bonus!
