I like how easy it is to write notes

I like how easy it is to write notes, share documents, and create charts. However, I use the virtual telehealth aspect, and the platform is choppy, slow, and hard to share the screen.

Not worth it

Simple Practice in my opinion, works great for individual providers. Any number of providers over that, Simple Practice becomes inefficient very quickly. Removing incorrect payments, balances, and credits is incredibly clunky. There is little to no transparency identifying where particular client balances are coming from without deleting everything and starting over. They just jacked up their prices $40-$50 as well and are now charging providers to have a biller on staff. I'm a medical ...

Recent rate hike of 50% causing me to leave Simple Practice.

I have enjoyed Simple Practice up until the new price hike. They state you can customize your plan which is not true. They require you to be charged for: telehealth, Wiley Treatment Planner, Professional Website, Monarch (marketing), and Insurance Claims. As a private group practice, we will not need any of these functions yet, I've been told by two different CSR that I can't opt out of these. Simple, effective, and streamlined EMR-Downside is client signatures on treatment plans

I currently use SimplePractice in both my private practice as well as a practice that I work for. The platform is very easy to use, great for everything from onboarding new clients to scheduling to billing, and everything in between. Easiest Platform to Use!

I have been using Simple Practice for one quarter now, and I have to say that this is the best platform I have used. It is very intuitive, and if I have a question, i just quickly google how to do whatever I need to do. Even if your computer skills are not great, you can easily learn this. The video quality is excellent! I love that you can quickly write a note, do your billing, and have auto reminders sent.

"Easy"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Integrated, works on phone, simple interface What do you dislike about SimplePractice?
